From Norwich, take the A1151 towards Wroxham.

At the first roundabout on the outskirts of Wroxham turn right along the B1140 towards Salhouse.

On reaching Salhouse village turn left along Lower Street for about a mile. Car parking information will be available nearer the time.

This year we will be making a small charge for parking, however the entrance fee will be reduced. Our aim is to encourage the use of public transport, 'greener' boats, pedal power and if you live locally, why not walk? Salhouse is lucky enough to have a good transport network, see the options below:

Buses See the Anglian Buses Timetable. The Anglian 123 service offers an hourly timetable all day with reasonable fares. If you get off at the Thieves Lane bus stop, it is approximately a 25 minute walk to the Broad. The bus route goes from Norwich via Thorpe end, Dussindale, Rackheath and Salhouse to Wroxham.

Train The Bittern Line runs a service every two hours from Norwich Station. The walk from Salhouse Station to the Broad takes you along a lovely route across the fields and past Salhouse Hall and All Saints Church. It takes approximately 45 minutes to walk, and it's worth every step.
